   5. Timeline & Deliverables: Ideal start date, content readiness, preferred launch window

Web Design Project Clause

1. Project Scope

This agreement covers the development and design of a custom WordPress website as outlined in the project summary. Additional services or features not explicitly listed may be subject to additional fees and a separate agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, logos, images, forms, login credentials, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in content delivery may extend the timeline of the project.

3. Revisions Policy

This contract includes up to two rounds of design revisions per page/section. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $65/hour unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Timeline & Communication

Estimated completion is 14–21 business days from the date all final content is received and the deposit is paid. Unresponsiveness or delays in approvals may pause the timeline.

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit due at project start
• 50% final balance due upon completion and prior to launch or file handoff
• Payment is non-refundable once development begins

6. Hosting & Maintenance

Unless otherwise agreed upon, client is responsible for managing their own hosting and domain. RAHA1 offers optional hosting plans, which must be selected and paid separately.

7. Content Ownership

Upon final payment, the client will own the website content and visual design. RAHA1 Web Designs retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and promotional materials.

8. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated after work has begun, any time spent will be billed at the standard hourly rate, and partial refunds will not be issued.

9. Liability Disclaimer

RAHA1 Web Designs LLC will not be held liable for any loss of data, business interruptions, or damages resulting from website use, hosting issues, plugin conflicts, or external service providers.

Timeline & Payment

– Development window: 14–21 days from content finalization
– Payment Terms: 50% deposit ($349.50) due at project start; balance upon completion

Project cost $699

50% deposit —— is due upon signing to initiate the project. Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to site handoff or launch.

Add-on fees due in full with the first payment.
